The Monday after Michigan’s big 41-30 victory over Notre Dame, Wolverines wide-out Jeremy Gallon was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week.
Gallon, who developed tremendous chemistry with quarterback Devin Gardner had a career-high 184 yards receiving and three touchdowns in the win Saturday night under the lights of the Big House. Gallon also had eight catches with his 184 yards being the sixth-most in Michigan history. It’s also the most since Roy Roundtree managed 246 back in 2010.
Also Gallon was the first Michigan player since Mario Maningham in 2006 to record three touchdown catches in a single game.
