on

John Rubino and Adam Dennison recorded their first-career hits, but the Eastern Michigan University baseball team dropped a 10-2 decision to the University of Kentucky Saturday, Feb. 18, at Harley Park. The Eagles mounted several quality scoring threats, but could not get on the scoreboard until the ninth inning.

The Eagles (0-2) surrendered 10-or-more runs for a second consecutive game and have been outscored, 22-3, so far this weekend. The Wildcats (2-0) conversely scored 10 runs for a second straight time.
