Harbaugh helps crash victims on I-94

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh and football operations director Jim Minick reportedly assisted individuals in a car accident during the icy commute at about 2:45 PM ET Tuesday. Dave Ablauf, the U-M associate athletic director confirmed the details to the Free Press, saying they  (Harbaugh and Minick) “got the people out of the car, did a little medical treatment, and gave them a coat.”

The crash happened on I-94 at State Street in Ann Arbor after one of the involving westbound vehicles ended up going over the median and onto the eastbound side, crashing into another vehicle.

Two people were reportedly transported to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in stable condition. Ann Arbor firefighters also removed a dog from one of the cars and took it to an animal emergency clinic in the area.

So apparently Harbaugh is good for everyone. The Michigan football team, alumni and highway commuters in the Metro Detroit/Ann Arbor area!

About Shawn Bell

Big Michigan fan. Will always be a Wolverine fan, even tho they have been very bad over the years. You can’t be a fan of any team if you haven’t been there for them for the up and downs of the program.
