For the first time this season and under new head coach Brady Hoke, Michigan cracked the AP Top 25.

After their 31-3 victory over Eastern Michigan on Saturday, Michigan came in at #22 while conference rivals Michigan State and Ohio State fell out of the Top 25.

In what may make many Michigan fans happy, Ohio State is out of the AP rankings for the first time in seven years which was the nations longest streak of appearances. This was ensured by the 26-6 beating at the hands of the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday.

The last time Ohio State was un-ranked was on November 20th, 2004.
