The University of Michigan will kick off the Big Ten season on October 1st in a game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers that is now scheduled to start at noon on the Big Ten Network.
This will be the first meeting between the two schools since 2008 when Michigan beat Minnesota 29-6 to retain the “Little Brown Jug”.
Minnesota hasn’t beaten Michigan since 2005 while Michigan currently holds a 66-22-3 overall record against the Golden Gophers.
