The three Michigan State football players involved in a sexual assault investigation have now been named.

According to Kyle Austin of Mlive.com, Donnie Corley, Josh King and Demetric Vance have all been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct stemming from a January incident that has gripped the football program.

Arrest warrants for third degree criminal sexual conduct for all three were issued on Tuesday morning in 54-B District Court in East Lansing, following a hearing in front of Judge Richard D. Ball. Michigan State University police officer Chad Davis provided testimony.

Third degree criminal sexual conduct is a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

In addition to the CSC charges, King is in additional shit as he’s also been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and from the looks of it taking a picture of an unclothed person and distributing the images.

According to Christopher Haxel, Matt Mencarini and Chris Solari of the Lansing State Journal, MSU police detective Chad Davis said Tuesday that King allegedly lured a woman into bathroom where he forced her to engage in vaginal and oral sex. Corley and Vance are also said of forced the woman into oral sex as well. Furthermore, a search of King’s phone found a group text about the incident with one other member of the football team.

All three players were previously unidentified by the program as the school launched their own investigation into the matter. Those investigations revealed that head coach Mark Dantonio took the appropriate steps in identifying and reporting the incident to authorities. Upon learning of the allegations, the players were suspended from the program and removed from on-campus housing.

As a result too of the charges, King, Vance and Corley have been dismissed from the football program.
