It looks like Stephen Tulloch is heading to Detroit.

ProFootballTalk.com cites Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times who reports that the Lions have signed the free agent linebacker who had spent his entire five-year career with the Tennessee Titans. The deal is said to be for one-year at $3,250,000 with $1.8 million of that guaranteed.

Tulloch’s signing with Detroit reunites the former Titan with Jim Schwartz who served as the defensive coordinator in Tennessee and is now the head coach of the Lions.

The Lions were suppose to meet with free agent LB Nick Barnett Sunday however reports indicated that he was still in Buffalo.

Last season Tulloch started all 16 games with the Titans recording 160 tackles and 1 sack.

The Lions now appear to have the defensive back corps settled with Justin Durant, DeAndre Levy and Tulloch.
