Western Michigan has drawn Temple in the opening round of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Classic which takes place on November 17th at 10:30AM ET. This will be carried by ESPNU.
Last season Temple ended up finishing 26-8 while reaching the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Broncos last faced the Owls on December 1, 2009 and lost 76-70 from University Arena.
WMU faces either Purdue or Iona in the second round/consolation bracket with Maryland, Alabama, Wichita State and Colorado are on the other side of the bracket in this three-round tournament.
